Order form below. We email you a secure payment link and a short intake worksheet within 1 business day.
We build, async
Once payment is in and you've sent the intake (services, photos, story), we build live. You'll see drafts on a temporary domain within ~5 business days. We tune until it's right.
Handoff and you're done
We hand you all source files, deployment instructions for your chosen host, and the keys. The site is yours. You own it.

What's the difference between the Starter Kit and the $149/mo plan?
The Starter Kit is a one-time deliverable — you pay once, we build, you own it, you host it. The $149/mo plan is ongoing: we build and we keep the site current, ranked, and changing every month. Same quality of work in the initial build. Different relationship after that.
Can I start with the Starter Kit and switch to monthly later?
Yes. If you decide a few months in that you want it managed, we can bring it under monthly service — you don't pay for the build a second time. Email us when you're ready.
How long does it take?
Usually 2 to 3 weeks from the day payment clears and intake comes in. We work live — you'll see drafts within about 5 business days, then we tune until it's right.
Where do I host it?
Anywhere you want. Cloudflare Pages and Netlify both have free tiers and work great for the kind of static, fast sites we build. If you already have hosting, we'll write the handoff for that. We don't lock you in.
Do I need to have content ready?
You'll fill out an intake worksheet — services, service area, story, photos. We do the writing. If you have specific copy or photos you want included, send them. If not, we work from the intake.
What's the refund policy?
If we miss the mark on the initial build, we revise until you're satisfied — or refund within 30 days. After delivery, the site is yours.
Does it include Google Business Profile or directory work?
The Starter Kit is the website only. Directories (Google Business Profile, BBB, Yelp, etc.) are part of our Web Presence + Directories monthly plan.
Do I need a domain?
If you have one, we'll use it. If you don't, the intake worksheet will help you pick one and we'll register it on your behalf as part of handoff.
