Reseller Program

Offer web presence services under your own brand.

We build and manage the sites. You bring the clients. Everything white-labels to your invoice, your brand, your name.

The gap your clients have — and you feel it too

Every local service business — pool pros, HVAC, landscaping, home inspectors, movers — has the same gap. They need a web presence that actually works. They do not have the time, expertise, or desire to build it themselves.

And every marketer who serves these clients has faced the same ceiling: you can drive traffic, but when the client asks "can you also just handle my website?" you either say no or you spend weeks in a rabbit hole you never wanted.

You lose the client, or you take on work you were never set up to do.

What white-label means

You sell the service to your clients under your own name. Your client pays you. You pay us.

Your client never sees the Pool Pro Presence name. No shared branding, no "powered by" notices, no clue that we exist. We stay invisible. The work happens under your brand.

Your invoices say what you say. Your Trello board is your board. Your client experience is yours.

How it works

1

You bring the client

After a brief intake survey — the kind you'd run for any new client — we build the site and get it live.

2

We do the work

Custom-built, no templates. Local SEO. Hosting. Unlimited changes via Trello. Monthly call and lead snapshot. We publish live and notify you.

3

You stay in control

One active request at a time on your board. You review before we notify the client, or you let us notify directly. Your workflow.

Two service tiers your clients can use

These are the same underlying services we offer directly, but white-labeled. You set the retail price; we handle the fulfillment.

Why resell this instead of building it yourself

You already have the client relationship. You already understand what they need. You do not need to learn web development, hire a developer, or manage hosting invoices to add "web presence managed for you" to your offering.

We run the production. You run the relationship.

For every client you bring on, you set the margin. The work happens quietly underneath, and your clients never know we exist.

Is this a good fit

White-label works best when:

  • You have clients who need a web presence and you currently say no or outsource it badly
  • You want to add a recurring revenue line without taking on technical work
  • You serve local service businesses — pool pros, home services, trades, or any vertical you bring to the table
  • You want to own the client relationship without being on the hook for building or maintaining the site

If you run a marketing agency, a business consultancy, a freelance practice, or any operation where clients need web presence and you need it handled without becoming a web developer — this is the layer you're looking for.

What we handle and what you handle

We handle

  • Custom site build — no templates
  • Hosting and security
  • Local SEO
  • Ongoing maintenance and changes
  • Directory management (on the +Directories tier)
  • Monthly call and lead reporting
  • Direct communication with end client when you want us to

You handle

  • The client relationship
  • Onboarding the client to your process
  • Deciding which tier fits each client
  • Your margin

Getting started

If you have a client ready now: bring them. We'll run intake, build the site, and get it live. You'll be in a position to invoice within the first month.

If you want to understand the arrangement first — pricing, invoicing, Trello setup, how the handoff works — reach out before you sell it. We'd rather answer questions upfront than clean up confusion later.

Frequently asked questions

What stops my client from just going directly to Pool Pro Presence?

Short of a non-compete (which we do not require), nothing legally prevents it. In practice it does not happen. Your clients come to you for marketing strategy, not web building. We stay invisible. You stay visible.

Can I set my own pricing to the end client?

Yes. You pay us a wholesale rate. You set the retail price your client pays. Your margin is the difference.

What if my client wants changes the scope does not cover?

The unlimited changes benefit applies to normal content and design adjustments. Structural changes, new pages beyond standard scope, or redirects from other agencies are handled case by case. We'll tell you before anything goes to invoice.

Who communicates with the end client?

You decide. We can stay fully behind the scenes — your board, your updates, your relationship. Or we can communicate directly with your client when you want us to. Many resellers prefer to stay in the middle; some prefer to hand off entirely. Either works.

Do I need to be a pool industry expert?

No. We built the underlying service around pool pros because that is our market, but the white-label layer is vertical-agnostic. You bring the client; we build for whatever they do.

What is the minimum number of clients I need?

There is no minimum. One client at $149/mo means one board, one site, one monthly invoice to us. The operation scales the same way regardless of how many clients you bring.

Ready to add web presence to your offering?

Apply to resell, or reach out with questions first. Either way, we will answer honestly.
